Locations and delivery times

We know that once you’ve placed your skincare order, you’d like it delivered as soon as possible. We offer different shipping options to a number of countries. For information on international shipping options, please check the delivery information and costs at checkout.

Dispatching your order

Our dispatch team aims to ship orders same day if ordered by 2pm. However, during busy periods it can take up to 48 hours to ship your order. If you have any queries or have an urgent order, you can email the team at orders@jamesandjake.com and we will do our best to prioritise your parcel.

Gifting

At no extra cost, select gift wrap for your order at checkout. We use our premium branded gift packaging, which includes a James + Jake card pouch and luxury tissue paper with logo. You also have the option to add your own message, which we include with delivery.

Father’s Day 2025

James + Jake’s warehouse operates Monday to Friday between 9am and 6pm, excluding UK public holidays. For deliveries in time for Father’s Day 2025, the following dates apply:

Returns

Our goods are created in England from high quality ingredients and all packages are quality checked by hand before leaving James + Jake. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, returns are easy. In order for us to process the return and issue your refund, please return your order to us within 28 working days from purchase. Simply email orders@jamesandjake.com quoting your order reference number and reason for return and we will contact you with further instructions.

In accordance with our terms and conditions, we do not cover the costs of returning goods and products must be unopened, unused and in original condition. In the interests of hygiene we are unable to accept any items that have been used or with broken seals.
