Locations and delivery times

We understand that once you’ve placed an order, you’d like it delivered as soon as possible. We offer different shipping options to a number of countries and you can find more information about these here. For information on the cost of some of our international shipping options, please refer to the delivery information at checkout.

Next working day

When delivery ‘next day’ is selected, this refers to the next working day as deliveries take place from Monday to Friday. Orders must be placed before 3pm (GMT) to receive our next day service. For example, orders placed at 4pm on a Wednesday will be mailed on Thursday and arrive with the recipient on Friday. Any orders placed after 3pm on a Friday will be delivered on Tuesday.


All James + Jake products come with complimentary gift packaging as standard. So whether your order is for yourself or someone else, it will arrive in a signature blue pouch, protected with luxury tissue and shipped inside a secure mailing box. To write a gift message, simply select this option during the Check Out process and type a note.

Our goods are created in England from the finest ingredients and all packages are personally quality checked before leaving James + Jake. If you are not completely satisfied with your product, returns are easy. In order for us to process the return and issue your refund, please return your order to us within 14 working days from purchase. Simply email quoting your reference number and reason for return. Please return products unopened, unused and in original condition. In the interests of hygiene we are unable to accept any items that have been used or with broken seals.
